The Bruiser Conversions LS engine conversion (available on 2007 - 2016 Jeep Wranglers) delivers full integration with factory communication systems, incredible power, and unmatched performance. Crafted by our engineers and perfected by our technicians, our conversions provide the power and efficiency to meet the performance demands of our diverse clientele.
The LS conversion provides unprecedented power in the form of speed, acceleration, and torque. Our baseline options range from 450hp - 1000hp with the 450 HP LS3 being the most popular.
This conversion maintains all factory functionality, performing exactly the same as when it was stock - but with a lot more power. This is thanks to the complete intergation with the factory PCM and precision tuning for the GM Performance LS series of engines.
Our LS3 conversion utilizes the factory OBD II port to communicate with the Chrysler ECM that operates the LS3. This means the single, factory computer runs the entire system.
Factory upgrades including automatic start, cruise control, and tap shift, function after the conversion as they did before the conversion, maintaining OEM functionality.
The WA580, which comes standard in 2012+ Jeep Wranglers, in its factory form is rated for 550HP and 500 ft-lbs of torque. With the Bruiser Conversions LS Conversion, the transmission can be modified to handle upwards of 1000hp. This transmission has been used in many applications including Mercedes, Porsche, Sprinter Vans, SRT-Challengers, SRT-Chargers, SRT-Grand Cherokees. It is also known as the 5G-tronic or NAG1 depending on the application.
2007 - 2011 Jeep Wranglers require the WA580.
In these years it is necessary for Bruiser Conversions to upgrade the existing transmission (42RLE) with the 2012+ WA580. This also requires a factory 2012+ wiring harness and TCM to communicate. The center console and shifter also need to be upgraded to a 2012+ model to enable full functionality of factory transmission. This is to maintain tap shift capabilities and prindle functionality on the factory dash to show your current gear. Cruise control and autostart are maintained. Cooling fan is upgraded to 2012+ based on its cooling capabilities.
Bruiser Conversions doesn't cut any corners, including when it comes to the quality of parts used in its conversions. All parts used in our LS engine conversion are factory supplied GM Performance and MOPAR products.
The Bruiser Conversions LS3 conversion kit is turnkey, ready to drop in. Included in the kit are step-by-step instructions, guiding you from start to finish. Additionally, our team is ready to provide support through our facility 8am - 5pm ET, Monday - Friday.
